If we want our youth to develop into decent citizens that will help society progress, we must provide them with the support they need to fulfill their ambitions and dreams. Working with young people can be immensely fulfilling. You can see, before your eyes, the way they are growing and gaining from your efforts. Passing on your knowledge, and providing your support, helps to give them the opportunity to develop into happy, responsible adults.
