SUBSTANCE ABUSE

Substance abuse is a growing ill of society. Addicts become outcasts of society. Perversely, the thing killing them becomes their only friend. We have to fight the drug, help the abuser. We must educate, campaign, support, rehabilitate. Many substance abusers cannot help themselves – if society doesn't try and reach out to them, who will?
